USING AN ENERGY PRACTICE

 

Using muscle-testing, I can ask your body how healthy each food on the “Food Code Food List” is for you (at this time), and rate each one on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being low and 10 being high. By predominately eating foods that test 8, 9, or 10, adding a few that test 5, 6, and 7 as needed, you can feel better. Avoiding foods that test lower than 5 can also help you feel better. Eating low rated foods could be the cause of your low energy. People that eat only the highest rated foods have found weight management easier and have a more positive outlook on life. It is suggested that you follow the food ratings for three (3) months. Your body may change during that time and you may want to request another “Food Code Food List” be prepared for you.

It takes about 2 hours to do the food list ratings and send it. The process is intense and I don’t think, at this time, I can do more than five a week. I will acknowledge your request and put your name on my to do list.
